Building boundaries does not mean you are not giving your all to your business but instead prevents you from burnout and stress.
You need to set clear boundaries in order to look after your own physical health and well-being, along with being a good example to your co-workers.

Respect your time. Have a clear indication of what time you start & finish your day. Strive for a better work-life balance. Staying late or starting early should only be for emergencies and never first protocol. Communicate this with your clients & team if necessary to hold yourself accountable, you shouldn’t have to put your needs last.
Communication is key. Make your work hours clear with your team & your clients. Have trust in your team and make sure work is delegated & communicated so your team is aware of what they are accountable for. Your team is there to support the business as much as you are. Compliment others & congratulate people’s success, a positive company culture is key. Don’t be afraid to unplug and let someone else take the reins!
Let go of what you can’t control. We all know it, overthinking helps absolutely nothing. Life isn’t always going to be smooth sailing, especially when it comes to having your own business. We know it’s easier said than done but you must let go of what you can’t control. Everything will fall into place eventually.
